Q2: What is the tracking range of Find My?
A2: Find My relies on the global network of Apple devices and, in theory, covers all locations worldwide that support Find My. As long as there is a connected Apple device nearby, the pet can be located. In the countryside or in sparsely populated areas, tracking capability may be reduced accordingly.

Q3: Do I need to insert a SIM card or pay an annual fee?
A3: This product uses a Bluetooth + Find My/Google tracking solution; there is no need to insert a SIM card, nor is an annual subscription required.

Q4: Can I still locate my pet if it’s out of Bluetooth range?
A4: Yes. The Find My network supports global tracking, so even if your pet strays beyond Bluetooth range, you can still track it via the global network of Find My-enabled devices.

Q5: How long does the battery last? How do I replace it?
A5: It is powered by a CR2032 button cell battery, offering an exceptionally long standby time of several months or more. Once the battery is depleted, simply open the device and replace the battery; there is no need to return it to the manufacturer.

Q6: Can it be used in water? Should my pet wear it whilst swimming?
A6: The product offers basic water resistance, protecting against splashes and light rain. However, prolonged immersion in water or wearing it whilst swimming is not recommended. If you require deeper water resistance, please choose an IP68-rated tracker.
