Q1: What goes in each of the three tiers?
A1: The top storage compartment is for protein powder. It is also for meal replacement powder. It is also for small snacks. The middle tier holds a 500ml water bottle. This is for drinking water. The bottom tier contains a built-in spring-loaded mixing ball. This is for shaking smoothies.
Q2: Is the material safe? Will it have any odour?
A2: It is made from food-grade PP material. It is also made from PE material. It is BPA-free. Therefore, it is safe and non-toxic. A new cup may have a slight plastic smell. This will dissipate after rinsing with warm water. It will also dissipate after leaving it to air for 1–2 days.
Q3: Is the seal secure? Will it leak if carried in a bag?
A3: The screw cap is designed with a sealing ring. During normal carrying, it will not leak. We recommend screwing the cap on tightly. Also check the seal after filling with water. Do this before placing it in your bag.
Q4: Can I fill it with hot water?
A4: PP material has limited heat resistance. We recommend filling with room-temperature water. Alternatively, use lukewarm water. Do not exceed 70°C. This avoids deformation caused by high temperatures. It also avoids scalding.
Q5: How should it be cleaned?
A5: The three layers are detachable. They can be washed separately. We recommend washing it promptly after each use. This prevents mould from forming on any residue.
