Q1: Is the Bluetooth connection stable? Does the mobile phone's Bluetooth need to be left on at all times?
A1: Once paired via Bluetooth, the pillbox will operate independently. It follows the preset schedule. Even if your mobile phone is not nearby, it will still provide local audible reminders. It also provides visual reminders. These occur when the time comes. When your mobile phone is within Bluetooth range, medication records are automatically synchronised with the app.

Q2: Can I set multiple medication times each day?
A2: Yes. Most models allow you to set multiple alarms per day. This accommodates the need for multiple doses at different times throughout the day.

Q3: How does the pill dispenser know when it has been opened?
A3: Each pill compartment is fitted with a position switch. Alternatively, it is fitted with a microswitch. When the pill dispenser is opened, a signal is triggered. This automatically records the medication-taking action. It also sends a notification to the app.

Q4: Is the pill dispenser waterproof? Can it be rinsed with water?
A4: Most smart pill dispensers are not waterproof. Please do not rinse them with water. We recommend wiping the exterior with a damp cloth to clean it. Take care to prevent liquid from entering the electronic components.
