Q1: Is the positioning accurate? What is the margin of error?
A1: The positioning error for outdoor GPS or Beidou is approximately 3–10 metres. Indoors or when GPS signals are weak, the device switches to Wi-Fi positioning. It also switches to cell tower-assisted positioning. This may increase the margin of error. Overall, it meets everyday anti-lost requirements.
Q2: How long does the battery last?
A2: This depends on the usage mode. Real-time tracking mode lasts approximately 6–12 hours. This mode uses frequent location updates. Smart power-saving mode lasts approximately 2–7 days. This mode puts the device to sleep when stationary. Pure standby mode can last for several weeks. We recommend charging daily. Alternatively, use a charging dock.
Q3: Is it waterproof? Can my dog wear it whilst swimming?
A3: It has an IP67 rating or higher. It can be submerged in water up to 1 metre deep for 30 minutes. Your dog can wear the collar whilst swimming. However, we recommend wiping the charging port dry after swimming. This prevents the O-ring from deteriorating due to prolonged exposure to water.
Q4: Is the collar comfortable? Will my dog resist wearing it?
A4: The collar strap is made from soft nylon. It is also made from silicone. The main unit is lightweight. It weighs approx. 30–60g. Therefore, most dogs adapt well. When putting it on for the first time, we recommend a short period of acclimatisation. Also offer rewards.

A5: The tracker uses low-power communication. It emits far less radiation than a mobile phone. It complies with safety standards. Therefore, it is harmless to pets.
