A1: Yes, it is safe. RPET undergoes rigorous cleaning. It undergoes high-temperature melting. It also undergoes reprocessing. It complies with textile safety standards. An example is Chinese National Standard GB18401. It is non-toxic. It is odourless. It is just as safe as ordinary polyester fibre.

Q2: Does it feel stuffy when worn?
A2: No. RPET fabric has excellent moisture-wicking properties. It is more breathable than standard polyester fibres. This ensures a dry and comfortable feel. This applies when worn in spring. It also applies when worn in summer.

Q3: Does it pill easily?
A3: It has undergone anti-pilling treatment. It typically achieves a grade of 3–4. Therefore, it is unlikely to pill under normal washing. It is also unlikely to pill under normal wear. We recommend washing it inside out. We also recommend using a laundry bag. This further extends its lifespan.

Q4: Can it be machine washed? Will it shrink?
A4: It is machine washable. RPET fabric has a very low shrinkage rate. This is approximately 1–2%. This is significantly lower than that of cotton. We recommend washing in cold water. We also recommend tumble drying on a low heat setting. Alternatively, air dry.

Q5: Does RPET fabric fade?
A5: Eco-friendly reactive dyes are used. This ensures high colour fastness. The rating is Grade 4 or above. Therefore, it is unlikely to fade during normal washing. For the first wash, we recommend separating dark and light colours. This prevents colour transfer.

Q6: Can it be recycled again?
A6: Yes. Once discarded, RPET garments can be processed through textile recycling channels. They can be reprocessed into new polyester fibres. Alternatively, they can be reprocessed into new RPET products. This achieves circular reuse.

Q7: Are the sizes standard? How should I choose?
A7: The fit is typically a standard casual cut. Please refer to the size chart when selecting. If you prefer a looser fit, you may wish to order one size larger.
