Q1: What material are the water-filled silicone balls made of? Are they safe?
A1: They are made from food-grade silicone. This material is non-toxic. It is also odourless. It is soft. It is skin-friendly. It complies with safety standards for toys. It also complies with safety standards for children's products.

Q2: Does it contain water when it leaves the factory?
A2: It is delivered empty. It contains no water. You will need to fill it with water yourself. This should be done upon receipt.

Q3: How much water should I put in?
A3: We recommend filling it to capacity. Do not over-inflate it. The ball should feel plump. It should have a slight give when pressed. If too little water is added, it will feel too soft. It will also feel too floppy. If too much water is added, it may burst. Alternatively, it may be difficult to seal.

Q4: Is it suitable for children to play with?
A4: It is suitable for children aged 3 and above. We recommend use under adult supervision. Assistance is required when filling the ball with water.

Q5: Will the water go off or become mouldy?
A5: We recommend using purified water. Alternatively, use cooled boiled water. This extends the product's lifespan. We advise changing the water after prolonged storage. The silicone material itself does not go mouldy. However, water left standing for long periods may harbour bacteria.

Q6: How do I change the water?
A6: Open the filling valve. Pour out the old water. Rinse the inside of the ball. Refill with fresh water. Then seal it.

Q7: Can it be frozen or heated?
A7: Freezing is not recommended. The water may expand when frozen. This could cause the ball to burst. It can be filled with warm water. The temperature should be 40–50°C. This allows it to be used as a hand warmer. The silicone material has a wide temperature tolerance range. However, excessively high water temperatures pose a risk of scalding.

Q8: How should I clean and maintain it?
A8: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. When not in use for extended periods, empty the water. Store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Also avoid sharp objects.

Q9: Does it have an odour?
A9: High-quality silicone is virtually odourless. However, there may be a slight raw material smell. This will dissipate after 1–2 days of ventilation.
