Q1: What size of thermos flask can this bag hold?
A1: The standard version is suitable for standard thermos flasks. The diameter should be 6.5–9 cm. The height should be 18–26 cm. It can accommodate flasks with a capacity of 500–800 ml.

Q2: Does the canvas material get dirty easily? How should it be cleaned?
A2: Canvas fabric will naturally accumulate some dirt. This happens with daily use. Cleaning advice: For localised stains, wipe with a damp cloth. Use a neutral detergent. If the bag is generally dirty, hand wash it. Rub gently. Then air dry in the shade. Do not machine wash. Do not expose to direct sunlight. This may cause shrinkage or distortion.

Q3: Is it waterproof? Can it be used in the rain?
A3: Standard canvas is not waterproof. It will allow water to seep through.

Q4: Are the handles sturdy? What is the weight capacity?
A4: The handles are usually reinforced with stitching. They can support approximately 2–3 kg. A thermos flask filled with water is no problem at all. It weighs approx. 0.5–1 kg.

Q5: What else can it hold besides a thermos flask?
A5: Once the thermos flask is placed in the main compartment, gaps remain along the sides. These gaps can hold small items. Examples include keys, earphones, tissues, a foldable shopping bag, or a few coins. We do not recommend placing sharp items inside. Excessively heavy items are also not recommended.

Q6: Can it be folded for storage? Is it easy to carry?
A6: The canvas material is soft. When not holding a thermos, it can be flattened. It can also be folded. This allows it to fit inside a larger bag or pocket. It is lightweight. It is space-saving. This makes it ideal for packing in a suitcase. This applies when travelling or on business trips.

Q7: Does it have a lid or dust-proof design?
A7: Most are designed as open-top tote bags. They do not have a zip closure.

Q8: Will the canvas fade or shrink?
A8: Dark-coloured canvas may bleed slightly. This can happen during the first wash. We recommend hand washing it separately. It may shrink slightly after drying. Approximately 3–5% shrinkage is normal. Choosing pre-shrunk fabric can minimise shrinkage.
